Security
At iGlobalFitness, your security is of utmost importance.
With your booking confirmation, we will provide you with a photo of your trainer so that you can recognise them. We will also provide you with your trainer’s contact details in case you need to get in contact with them. Additionally, each trainer will possess an iGlobalFitness photo identification card.
Our recruitment process ensures that each trainer undergoes a security check before becoming an iGlobalFitness trainer.
If you are female and prefer to work with a female trainer, please let us know and we will be happy to tailor your training session to your specific needs.
Service Standards
Your telephone calls will be answered within 30 seconds during operational hours. Emails will be answered within 4 hours during operational hours.
Bookings for our hotel product will be responded to within 12 hours. Bookings for all other products will be responded to within 24 hours.
We will provide you with continuous support, guidance and motivation by providing personal training programmes tailored to your needs. We follow up on your progress and goals with your trainer and arrange your next appointments for you. You can be sure that iGlobalFitness will keep you motivated and on track with your fitness programme!
